Weather to Change in Himachal: Snowfall Likely on 27-28 February
The weather in Himachal Pradesh is expected to change from Thursday night. According to the Shimla Meteorological Center, the western disturbance will bring light rain and snowfall to the higher regions of Chamba, Kullu, Kangra, Kinnaur, and Lahaul-Spiti on 27th and 28th February. Meanwhile, the weather is expected to remain clear in Shimla and other parts of the state until 3rd March.
On Wednesday, the sun shone across many areas of the state. Maximum temperatures recorded were 17.4°C in Shimla, 21.0°C in Dharamshala, 23.4°C in Nahan, 6.4°C in Keylong, 23.6°C in Solan, 18.2°C in Manali, 26.1°C in Kangra, 26.4°C in Mandi, and 23.9°C in Chamba.
Night temperatures were recorded as -5.3°C in Kukumseri, -4.6°C in Tabo, 7.6°C in Shimla, 8.3°C in Sundernagar, 6.7°C in Bhuntar, 1.0°C in Kalpa, 10.6°C in Dharamshala, 9.0°C in Una, 10.2°C in Nahan, 9.0°C in Palampur, 5.6°C in Solan, 3.4°C in Manali, 10.1°C in Kangra, 9.1°C in Mandi, 10.5°C in Bilaspur, 5.4°C in Seubag, 9.9°C in Barthini, 14.0°C in Paonta Sahib, 6.1°C in Sarahan, and 13.8°C in Neri.
The rest of the week is expected to remain dry across the state.
