Himachal Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi attacks BJP over RDG reinstatement and AI Summit
Himachal Pradesh Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi has launched a sharp attack on the BJP. He alleged that the party does not stand for Himachal’s interests, and its leaders are not in favor of RDG reinstatement. Negi called BJP “anti-Himachal” and accused them of political maneuvering. He emphasized that RDG is a constitutional right, and Congress will raise it at the national level.
Negi also criticized the AI Summit, stating that the Indian government tried to mislead the world. Products made in China were presented as Indian, which he called “highly unfortunate.” He also expressed strong support for the Youth Congress protest at the India Pavilion.
Regarding the upcoming Rajya Sabha election, Negi targeted BJP again. He said that two years ago, BJP instilled fear using the ED, and despite being in minority, should not have fielded a candidate. He further alleged that BJP has no faith in the Constitution and urged the party to focus on its internal factionalism rather than worrying about Congress.
