Two Killed, Three Seriously Injured in Bike Collision in Kalruhi, Una
A tragic accident occurred on Sunday night in Kalruhi, located in Himachal Pradesh’s Una district. Two motorcycles collided on the Amb–Mubarikpur road near the Kalruhi bridge, resulting in the death of two individuals and leaving three others seriously injured.
The accident took place around 10:30 PM, at a time when a large number of devotees were returning home after the conclusion of the Mata Shri Chintpurni Mahotsav. During this rush, two to three motorcycles collided head-on.
The victims who lost their lives have been identified as Asab Khan of Aloh village, his brother Imran, and Rohan, son of Sushil Kumar, who was returning from the Chintpurni festival. Meanwhile, three others — Amit, son of Kirat (Sector 55, Chandigarh), Nikhil, son of Jeevan Thakur (Sector 56, Chandigarh), and Sujal from Chandigarh — sustained serious injuries. All three were returning after offering prayers at the Baglamukhi Temple.
The injured were rushed to the Civil Hospital in Amb, where doctors declared Asab Khan and Nikhil dead. The remaining injured were referred to the Regional Hospital in Una due to their critical condition.
Una SP Amit Yadav confirmed that the police have reached the spot and initiated an investigation.
