Jairam Thakur Says Himachal Government Lacks Coordination and Public Concern
Opposition leader Jairam Thakur stated that the Himachal Pradesh government lacks internal coordination and genuine concern for public issues. He alleged that the Congress government is focused solely on completing its term. Even the Deputy Chief Minister and senior ministers are publicly questioning their own government. Thakur made these remarks while speaking to reporters at Gaggal Airport in Kangra district on Wednesday morning.
Thakur said that the fight against drugs is not only the government’s responsibility but also that of the BJP. The party supports the government in this campaign, but it should not be limited to events and needs to be implemented at the grassroots level. He added that the state BJP leadership has decided to deploy senior leaders across the four Lok Sabha constituencies: Shrikant Sharma in Shimla, Co-incharge Sanjay Tandon in Hamirpur, state president Dr. Rajeev Bindal in Mandi, and Jairam Thakur in Kangra.
Additionally, Jairam Thakur extended his congratulations to Nitin Naveen on becoming the new national president of the BJP.
