Himachal Pradesh: 100 Students Selected for Swarn Jayanti Middle Scholarship, Bank Documents Being Collected
In Himachal Pradesh, 100 students have been selected for the Swarn Jayanti Middle Scholarship. SCERT Solan has announced the district-wise scholarship exam results and uploaded them on its website. Selected students are now submitting their bank account details and other documents, which will soon be sent to the directorate.
Selected students of class 6 will receive ₹4,000 per month, class 7 students ₹5,000, and class 8 students ₹6,000 per month as scholarship. The Swarn Jayanti Middle Merit Exam is conducted in two phases every year across the state.
Dr. Ritu Sharma Soni, Principal of SCERT Solan, stated that the scholarship will be disbursed from the new session once all formalities are completed. The first phase of the exam for this session will be held on April 5 at 324 exam centers. Students of class 5 can apply online to appear for the exam.
