"Anurag Questions Congress's 'Step Down' Campaign: Will Those Who Make False Promises Really Step Aside?"

Anurag Thakur Targets Rahul Gandhi and Congress in Mandi: Says Opposing India Everywhere Has Become Rahul’s Nature

Mandi: MP and former Union Minister Anurag Thakur launched a sharp attack on Congress national leader Rahul Gandhi. Responding to Rahul Gandhi’s remarks about India and RSS during his foreign visit, Anurag said opposing India everywhere has become Rahul Gandhi’s nature.

Anurag accused Rahul Gandhi of praising Pakistan while sitting in India during Operation Sindhur and the Airstrike. He questioned what compulsion forces Rahul Gandhi to oppose India so openly.

Due to Rahul Gandhi and his supporters’ affection towards neighboring Pakistan, they have faced defeat in 90 elections, and now their loss in Bihar elections is also considered certain.

On this occasion, Anurag also mocked the Himachal Congress’s ‘Vote Thief, Step Down’ signature campaign. He labeled Congress as ‘promise breakers’ and asked if they themselves are ready to step down. He said the Congress government in the state came to power with false promises, and the situation is the same at the national level. Congress has made belittling the country’s constitutional institutions its sole agenda.

When asked about his entry into Himachal politics, Anurag said he is from Himachal and is working as a party worker. He added that the ongoing discussions in social and mainstream media about his political entry should now come to an end.

Anurag also criticized the state government for calling the Rs 843 crore additional financial aid from the Centre insufficient. He said thousands of crores are reaching the state from the Centre, but instead of thanking the Centre, Congress leaders try to divert public attention, while their own promises remain unfulfilled.
