Himachal Pradesh School Education Board Class 10 & 12 Exams from March 3; Seven-Level Monitoring at 2,384 Centres
The annual Class 10 and 12 examinations conducted by the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board will begin on March 3. The Board has completed all preparations and introduced unprecedented security measures to prevent malpractice. Exams will be conducted under a strict seven-level monitoring system to ensure immediate action against any irregularities.
Nearly two lakh regular and SOS category students will appear for the examinations across 2,384 centres statewide. The exams will commence at 9:45 AM. Online monitoring will be carried out from the Board headquarters through CCTV surveillance, with a dedicated monitoring room equipped with LED screens to track all centres.
CCTV cameras will remain active at every examination centre. Centre superintendents and deputy superintendents will maintain constant vigilance inside exam halls. Special flying squads formed by the Board, along with officials from the education department up to the SDM and deputy director level, will conduct surprise inspections. Board Secretary Dr. Major Vishal Sharma stated that strict action will be taken in cases of cheating, backed by a comprehensive monitoring strategy.
