Himachal: Four Students from Triple IT Una Secure ₹40+ Lakh Placement Packages
Una (Himachal Pradesh): The Indian Institute of Information Technology (Triple IT) Una has achieved a significant milestone in the Placement Session-2025, with four students securing attractive packages from national and international companies.
B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) students Sanskar Gupta and Piyush Yadav, along with B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering) student Om Shukla, were selected by the prestigious WeGround company in California, USA, offering an annual package of ₹41.4 lakh. Meanwhile, B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) student Paras Tyagi received a ₹40.8 lakh package at the health-tech company Even in Bengaluru.
The selection process involved multiple rounds of interviews and technical assessments, including problem-solving tests, software engineering, and product development questions. All four students began their roles in the respective companies during their final year.
Prof. Manish Gaur, Director of Triple IT Una, stated that this achievement reflects the institute’s flexible academic structure and industry-oriented education system. The institute incorporates full-semester industry internships into the curriculum, which students can complete in their seventh or eighth semester.
