Amul is making this effort to gain a foothold in the American dairy market.

Indian expatriates in the U.S. often find themselves yearning for the familiar tastes of home. One significant aspect they miss is the distinctive flavor of cow's milk from India.

The iconic Amul brand, which began in Anand, Gujarat in 1946, is now striving to establish its presence in the American market. To bring the authentic taste of Indian milk to American consumers, Amul has partnered with the Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA).

The MMPA is a cooperative organization with a 108-year history, representing dairy producers across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin. This collaboration aims to provide a similar experience to that of Gujarat's Amul, ensuring that Indian expatriates and American consumers alike can enjoy the rich flavor of Amul milk.
